dunno, but if it is the same census I read about in the papers today, it had 73% of women between the ages of 15 and 45 using contraception. hummm, 73 eh?

Depends how you want to look at it. Villa Mella Proper probably has 40,000. If you include the surrounding Barrios maybe 80,000. Don't let the traffic fool you.

Actually Pichardo,the population there has NOT CHANGED in over 50 years!
Seems like,everytime a young girl gets pregnant,her brother leaves town!
