Try CMC in Sosua, Dr. Martinez, I believe he is a psychiatrist. He is Dominican, speaks English if that's needed. He may be able to help. Great Doctor I know him and I know people that have been treated by him with great success.
Hopefully you get a couple of other suggestions. Interview them all then make a choice.
