Jim, any recommendations on where to stay in Juan Dolio? Perhaps a condo (or room with kitchenette, cable, swimming pool) around $30-40US/night??? Will be for approximately the end of June. Thanks...got tired of trying to find something in the archives, and I know your the area expert.

Hi Jim ! We'd love to know that information, too!!! Though we'll be at the Hispaniola for the first week of our trek, we want to stay other places close to SD, too. $30US per night (incl. 2 people) would be great!!!! We're not into "fancy..."
just CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Will wait to here from you!

I think others are more qualified to make Juan Dolio recommendations, and I see some have.
