With a glance at the new year 2012, Mayor Ilana Neumann and her team plan to continue the good work they did last year. They will continue maintaining, embellishing and cleaning of the entire area belonging to the municipality of Sosua. But also supporting cultural and sports activities in the city is part of her plan. During a meeting with all department heads of the municipality, mayor Ilana Neumann prepared a list of priorities.
The city's public works department has recently held cleanup activities in several neighborhoods of the town. Street lighting has been repaired in many places, which also increased security, many roads have been repaired in various neighborhoods. Even the road to and from the airport is cleaned on all sides.
The mayor has also encouraged numerous cultural and sports activities and attended many activities in person.
For the new year 2012, the mayor wants to accomplish a number of vitally important projects. She wants to get in touch with the people involved and form a team with them in implementing these projects. So her plan is to do much more for Sos?a and to make it for everyone a more attractive place to live or to visit as a tourist.
