If any one is looking for a place to send an e-mail from Cabarete, go to a bar/restaurant right on the beach called La Mulata. it is owned by a couple of guys from Argentina and they make one of the best hamburgers I've ever eat, anywhere!! Tell them Erich, from Vancouver says hi!
