Where in Cabarete is the Laser Regatta held this weekend? To see what is going on, where is the best place?

Hi Dolores. Happy New Year. I know the Carib Wind Center is the base, but where is it located? I usually go to see the kiteboarders at Kite Beach and at the end of the main beach closer to Sosua. The windsurfers seem to be coming from the other end of the main beach, is that where the Laser Training Center is? I can find info about the Regatta and the training center, but not a map.
