i have a house up in that area...was told a few weeks ago that the place is for sale. owned by a wealthy Dominican Family that actually own a few houses in Los Cerros. I was told that they were having some trouble with someone that just starting living in the house and refused to move out...who knows...and that they were ready to sell...somewhere around $350K? Certainly a nice view...needs some serious work...worth it if you have some money laying around and some time to fix it up. Ask the guy in the Big White house across the way...he seems to have some details on it.

Check with local realtors. They have the means to find out if a property is for sale or not.

I think you'll find it's owned by the Hache family and in the past they have never wanted to discuss selling it!
