Recent frequent Tricom internet outages

I'm in the cortecito area. Been experiencing frequent outages over the last 5 days. One lasted about a day and a half. It has been out all day today. This is the wireless "WiMAX" service. Anyone else with Tricom experiencing outages? It's typically very reliable.

In my condominium in El Cortecito, we changed this month our internet provider, from Codetel to Tricom.
What I can say is that Im not very happy about it, there are outages and in theory they gave us the same speed than previous provider, but speed is a third only of what I got downloading files ... so this change looks like it has been a bad idea ...

Orange has been consistently awful for the last month or so. I must have jinxed it by singing its praises. :(

I've been with Viva for several months now and apart from one time that I had problems, it's been working very well.

btw, I also have Orange connection, it looks more stable, but it is sooooo low ....
Internet services in this country are quite bad .... and obviously very expensive for what they offer (as anything in this country...)
