Brisas de Bavaro Question

I'm looking at buying a condo here ( Brisas de Bavaro), specifically this one Condos for Sale in B?varo, Punta Cana, La Altagracia $42,500 and was wondering if any of the members have any insight on this area or the grounds itself ? I'm very familair with the area, but have not been to this property specifically.
