Fishing for Kids?

> We will be visiting DR for the first time in Feb. My son loves to but but he is 8 and I don't know where to find a fishing trip or a dock to fish off of. Any suggestions? We will be staying in Sosua.

visit NJOY TOURS DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Deap Sea Fishing, Boat Safari.. You can either charter them for fishing, or enjoy a whole day excursion. The owners are Canadian, and offer a fantastic excursion.

i live near the beach but all the kids around me fish the streams for trucha, pardon my spelling, in english there perch. very plentiful and easy to catch. will bite on almost any bait. bread, cheese. bugs, etc. not big but lots of fun for kids. good luck
