I am a 26 year old male with a wife and 3 year old son and I am looking for a 2 bedroom furnished apartment for a 1yr lease or longer. My budget is 20-30k pesos per month and I am looking to move in the middle of March. Internet connection is of the utmost importance since I am an internet marketer and rely on high velocity internet connections. If anyone has any contacts in the area I can speak to I would appreciate it immensely. So far we've made one trip to Caberete (My fulltime home is in La Vega) and saw a few apartments and only liked one in Orillas del Mar, unfortunately that was only a 1 bedroom but we might settle for it temporarily until we can find something bigger.
