You mean White Sands in Bavaro?

Which residential? I live in the area pm me and I can possibly offer insight. Most of the area is secured but there are some residentials without security on site. With the ease of access through the main gate I would be careful to make sure you are in one that does. That being said I never hear of any crime in this area.
