If his door is open then you can just go around and see him but if it is closed is a good sign that it's not time for drop in visitors as he may be having a nap or enjoying some well deserved RNR. I think he has a heart of gold and is one of the true troppers of Sosua, one can't help but take your hat of to the guy.
