where to buy Sisal Rope and Concrete Quik-Tube Forms? also fabric for sofas

My dad is going to make Cat condo for my sphynx cats, so im looking for materials. I need a lot of Sisal rope and Concrete Quik-Tube Forms (hard carton long tubes) for the project. Anyone knows where i can get those here on the north?
Also need to change fabric on our sofas, where do i look for the material?
