The DR really loves AUDI and FIAT appears to be a little jealous.

Apparently the DR ranks first in sales growth for Audi in all of Latin America (and probably the whole hemisphere too since, well, I highly doubt sales grew as fast in the US and Canada). On another hand, Fiat is now offering their 500 and Punto 2012 models. If you thought seeing a Mini on Dominican streets was a little funny, this should definitely be much more interesting.

191 AUDIs were sold last year. Considering the size of the market, its not a small amount. Assuming an average sales value of US$50,000 per vehicle, we're talking US$9.6 million in sales for a Caribbean market. Not bad. Actual sales figures was probably much higher than that.
