I was working when I felt a funny sideways motion and I thought perhaps the dog had bumped my chair, but he was nowhere around.

Anyone? Or do I send for the guys in white jackets???

HB:rolleyes:

Do you prefer your white jacket "Straight", with "Buttons" or with a "Zipper"? lol

While that might be true, I am glad.

I also discovered that the watch I was wearing was over 10 minutes ahead of time...shesh....

Oh well good to know the old tush can still feel the little quakes...

I will now go back to work...

It was this morning not last night. March 22 not March 21.

The quake was listed at 10:5630 UTC which since UTC is listed as 24hr time (00:00- 23:59) means AM.
22:56:30 UTC would be 6:56:30 PM AST

The information on my previous post was copied and pasted directly from the USGS site:

I vote that HB becomes DR1's official earthquake warner... if he can feel such a small one in his tush, he will probably feel a gigantic kick in the butt with a big one approaching... :bunny:

Hillbilly, I've experienced non-seismic shaking and rumbling which I've attributed to an earthquake, however the movements were never mentioned in the news. I assume that these are very localized events occurring in the immediate subsoil caused by a colapsing limestone cavern or similar, and are not detected by seismographic stations because of distance or other...
