Default Good Butcher - Sto Domingo

    Google this... Nello's Carnes Selectas.

Just above 27 de Febrero and west of Winston Churchill.

Zorina is the contact for the family.

The meat is top quality, well butchered and not expensive.
She will get you a roast of beef, crown roast of pork, anything you ask for.

Good meats on hand in the coolers - steaks, ribs, chuletas, everything.

I thought it was a good find.
We just bought the regular things this time, but how about roast beef for Christmas?
I'll bet the crown pork roast is good w/ the Dominican pork.

    English and Spanish speaking.

The ribeyes are very marbled, the t-bones a bit less so.

They are very willing to cut any meat, any way you wish.

I do not know the origin of the beef but the pork, naturally, is local - fresh daily.

Meat only, no chicken that I saw.

    I suggested they advertise here...

Will you please PM me the sales commission scale?

Their sausages are homemade and the root of their business....

Omniscient DR 1 Bob has nailed it again.
    I gather you shop there.........
