I am going for 2 weeks for first round games in Kiev, Lviv, and Kharkiv. Anybody else from the DR going?

Anybody travelling from the DR to Euro 2012 Football (Soccer) Tournament in Ukraine?
I am staying at a friend of mine's in Kiev, but hotel rooms in Kharkiv and Lviv are about 5 times the normal price. Their tourist minister and Euro 2012 chief said they will do something about this, but they didnt say what. The same thing happened in other Euro cups and usually a few weeks before the tournament, cheap rooms come online from the hoarders. The Brits and Dutch have already 'boycotted' the cup, and there has been a lot of press about the expensive rooms, so I am going to take a chance and wait til rooms get back on the market.
Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come, but at least this should drive hotel prices down.

it only allows URL link pics, not pics from my hard drive, why is that?

I know how to use an URL link, I wanted to know how to post a pic from my hard drive direct, it seems I can do this sometimes and sometimes it doesn't give me that option, when I hit the 'insert picture' icon. Strange. Its a pain in the ass to use tinypic if you wanna post multiple photos.
