Yes, you will have to buy a $10 Tourist Card at the airport.

As far as the departure tax, most airlines have it built into their ticket cost.

There is a $10.00 Tourist Card fee when arriving. This is not just for Americans, it is for everyone. Some airline tickets have the departure tax included and others don't. Depending on how long you stay the minimum departure tax for everyone is $20.00.

The cost of the departure tax is 20$ it doesn't depend on the length of your stay in the D.R.

The cost of the tourist card is 10$ for 15 days (is it still 15??) The cost for the prorroga of the tourist card depends of the length of your stay in the D.R.

$10 for the tourist card, yes. However if you stay more than 30 days you pay upon leaving; from 1 - 3 months I think is one price, 3 - 9 months I think is $1000 pesos.
