Heard a Canadian lady was offering gold panning classes up in the Munoz hills. She is said to be selling mineral leases to land up there. I bet there was alot of artificial gold flake sold in an art store recently.

Haiti is the ugliest country I have ever flown over........big ugly brown mountains and a treeless landscape......

You can almost see the boundry line between Haiti and the DR.........landscape become much more lush and green when you enter the DR............

71% of fuel in haiti is either burning wood or turning wood into charcoal. it's the worse deforestation in the world....
