Can they be bought in the DR more specifically SD?

Its alwyas nice when you cannot use your international credit card because your billing address is in the DR!!!!

How To Avoid Being Out of US in ITune Store

Very simple. Apple allows more than one account in the App Store and ITunes. Just open a new account with a US location. When it says payment method, select none. Then you can just put ITune cards in it and shop at the US store.

I did it and have two accounts now, one in the DR and one in the US. You may have to fool with it a bit by downloading a free app first, but it does work.

Tried it-no success-says need to call support. did that and after more than 2 hours on hold, no solution.

Has the "DR Triangle effect". Man this is scary similar to dealing with GO-TO-HELL (CODETEL).

Make sure you buy the US version of the Gift Card, and that you have a registered US account to put it in.
