I work for a cigar rolling company in New York that's looking to get the permits/license to import tobacco directly from D.R rather than using a third party. We have not made any contacts in D.R with tobacco growers/companies as yet.
We came to find we need a letter from a tobacco grower/company in D.R stating we have expressed an interest in buying tobacco from them with the intention of importing it to NY for cigar rolling. I'm not sure where to start to get this letter.
If someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
