For ref:

A block or so South of Caribe Tours bus station, and to the East.
Better to take the bus and walk that block or so.

Going there to find out WHY the LONG delay is a total waste of time and money.

You only get as far as the 4(?) women clerks at the door and they give the same answer they told me weeks ago.

No problems with the renewal
10 more days.

I paid for 12 months, I am now down to 10 months if the permits come in 10 more days.
The renewal date is the date you pay the bank, no matter how long they take to give you the permits.
