Used to be that a father could take his son "To the ball game" along with maybe another kid who didnt have a dad.

However, the greedy owners and ballplayers, managers, ect. have made baseball a sport that can only be watched by corporate people or wealthy.

I would cost you about $200 for three people to see the Jays play in Toronto, parking, $20-30 dollars, hot dog $5.00 coke $3.00 plus the cost of tickets which are not cheap.

No wonder people dont go to the game!

Cmon Joachim, you are complaining about a lousy $200 bucks for a family entertainment value like baseball? Remember, you are a Canadian, today as reported by the United Nations Canada is the 3rd.Top Standard of Living in the world only behind Norway and Australia. You should be able to support a baseball team.But the fact is that even your basketball teams are living. Only Hockey will remain as a major professional sport.
