They are located in Plaza Bavaro Sun Beach. Right in front of the entrance to Pulpo Cojo in Cortecito. It looks like they focus on physical therapy but on the window it says spinal treatments.

He does everything from chiro, deep massage, accupuncture, whatever he feels you need.
I think he's around 70-80$ us per hour, but well worth it.
He has specials on too now and then. He was offering a massage, seaweed facial and lunch at
Balicana for 100 us.
He is right in Los Corales by the pool.

Hello all, I have seen there were some inquiries regarding a chiropractor in east coast region.
Well, I have been invited to a "chiropractic day" event at "The Rush Studio health fitness spa" in Bavaro.
I will be seeing some patients at the gym which have been prearranged for me by the owner of the fitness spa. I will be able to see more people if you care to join us there on feb. 2nd (2013), this Saturday.
