does anyone know the asking price of one of these licenses... a franja for the ruta from POP to Sosua. The last price quote I heard was around $600,000 RDS. Can anyone verify this? and tell me what was the price of this license 2 years ago? there is a chauffers association that controls the licenses. thank you for any help you can be.
