Just giving you guys the heads-up on the restaurant at NS...on Cab beach.
For the next 3 months an italian called Franco will be cooking there. Some of you may know him as he has cooked at various other Cabarete establishments in the past and has always produced really good food.
I went with some friends last night and we had the daily special: 3 courses for $750 including impuestos and service.
We had a very good ceviche followed by fresh tuna, cooked superbly with nice vegetables and pannacotta for desert.
Maybe not the cheapest meal out but one of the best i have had in the area.
And the owners are very friendly and keen to impress....i wish them all the best!
