Yes I'm taking it with me for dinner at work, my shift start at 4:00 pm.

Hmm, delicious with a little bit of salt and olive oil.

That looks very neat. Can you do a video on how to peel a mango? I wreck them every time. I squash them and end up wasting too much of the mango. I have tried several methods and just can not get the hang of it.

I don't know why it's Dominican way, it's logical way. Maybe the slicing first is Dominican way, because I cut it in half first, remove the seed, cut in slices, and then peel the slices. It's easier to slice against a cutting board than against the seed.

That must take place in the USA, because if it took place in the DR, the same dishtowel would be used to clean up raw chicken mess and then be used on the cutting board.

Yes, defo need the fancy mango peeling technique, and the damn pineapple. Whenever I try to do the pineapple getting rid of the spikes I end up with very little pineapple and lots of waste (and I do watch the Haitians in the morning, still no good at it). But a fancy mango technique would surprise the wife more.
looking forward to it:D

Oh, and while humming to a mango related bachata tune even better, although I doubt mango bachata is that common:bunny:
