Doing naturaliztion procees in dr ,any one share can you get application on line?

Hi I am going to apply for naturalization process and would like to find out if there is a govt site I may receive the initial application? Could any help with this knowledge or if not possible is Santo Domingo the only place or is Santiago a possibility? Regards from north coast
