Does anyone know if a Resident can get the certificado de bueno conducta in Provincial capitals? I need this certificate and translate them. I went to the Santo Domingo Procuraduria but they said the system is down and had to come on another day. Later I heard that the office of the Procuraduria is all over the country and no need to go to the Capital. Is that true? Going all the way and returning empty handed is frustrating.
I doubt if the system is really down or those guys fooled us because even before I entered the gate the brokers outside pursued me saying if I go directly they will say system down but they promised me they can get it done. But i was hesistant because i do not want to deal with them fearing they may give duplicate certificate.
