Im planning a trip to go to DR in December and i was wondering is there a orange booth in the airport in santiago so i can get a sims card?

and does the sims card run out of calling time fast? ill probably only text but im just wondering?
does anybody know how much they cost?

Texts are 1.28 pesos between numbers of the same carrier, and a bit more (+50%?) if to a different carrier. Voice time around 10 pesos a minute in general.
