just returned yesterday from pop/sosua/caberete trip.in caberete there is a restaraunt /bar right on the beach with nine terminals encased in plastic boxes(to keep out the humidity and sand)all with satelite internet connections. so,after your swim just towel off, grab a cold one and in your beach attire log on. incredible! don't recall the name of the place but there is a sign on the beachside facade indicating an internet cafe --run by an argentine named enrique
