As far as I know the El Portillo air strip is still closed.
Best choice would be to hitch a ride/rotor on a 'functionario's' helicopter, unless DM took them away from them... :lick:

Hi:

There are no scheduled flights from Las Terrenas to Punta Cana. You would either have to take busses or rent a vehicle.
