2:30am, packed, wide awake, AA canceled my flights, sleep eludes me...
Lucky you. I am stuck the other way trying to get to the DR and now haveto wait until Tuesday. But all will be good in the end.
Take this as an opportunity to get into the Dominican fatalist mind-set. It wasn't meant to be. And yes, it will all be good in the end.
Funny end of story here. American Airlines could not rebook me until Sept 2nd! My schedule had to shift an entire week. Lucky I am on the right side of this one but I feel for those travelers who needed to get back to work in the US and had similar delays.
