Hello all, anyone could help me finding a nice little house
to rent for next october 1st 2012? Anything with a little
garden since i will be coming with me dog. i was hoping
to find a price between 8000 to 13000 pesos. I don't want
to be in a gated community, just a practical neighbourghood
so i can get around because i will be looking for a finca to
buy in the surrounding.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Go to homeaway.com and there you will find a lot of houses for rent in the specific area you want in the Dominican Republic. Good luck.

Maybe in Gurabo? Furnished? Hummm...

HB

About this Gurabo area, are we talking about the urbanizacion in the city or the
town of Gurabo south of Santiago de Loa Caballeros??

And if we are talking about the neighbourhood in the city, it seem to be a good
location.
Would you know anyone that would rent in my price range? Doesn't have to be furnish,
i don't need much to live!

Thanks hillbilly, you can PM me!(again)

You need to get specific: Furnished? Facilities? Issues such as medical facilities, Internet, TV, etc?

Dog not a whole lot of problem.

Gurabo is to the North and East of Santiago. It used to be campo and is now part or seems to be a part of the city.

There are rural areas (dog)...

However, I am now sure that a furnished house at that price is a big stretch.

No need to be furnished, also, no need to have specific facility near by, all i'll need is to have access
to 18L water bottle and a colmado for food and basic stuff. Tv and internet is not a big of a problem
neither.

Thanks.

Hey donP, am i confusing you??
all i mean is that i want to be in a good neighbourhood, a house with a
garden for my dog... ciensfuegos seem to be the poor type of place in
most city i saw(in DR) with all those zink roof and the poorest population
wish i think has more risk of crime(pitty theft...).

i still want to have some security to a certain point!

Correct me if i'm wrong about that neighbourhood, maybe i am wrong!

Ostriches offer great security when trained to attack.

The ostriches possesses strong legs which can also be used as deadly weapons, with each foot having a long sharp hooked claw, and able to deliver a powerful kick that can kill a lion, or a human fairly easily.
