I have just had an email from my partner telling me we have been stuck with a public liability requirement to complete our registration. We have not gone over details yet but 'I' was to understand that as we did not have any animate or mechanical obstacle we were not required to have any kind of public liability cover. Can anyone tell me if they own a business but rent the premises is this normal?

It depends, what business you are in. Travel, for example, requires a bond. Transport, for example, requires public liability. If you want to sell clothes, you can just open up a store.

Quasar Laser combat. But we have managed to manipulate the disclaimer a little to accommodate areas of concern, but we have it covered, there is no concern.
