I've been looking for a HP service center here in Santiago to no avail.
Anybody know of one in the DR.............
Neighbor has an HP Pavilion Laptop that needs warranty work.........
He has no idea where to take it..........
Any info would be appreciated........thank you

HP Store at Plaza Internacional? I'll check with a friend that works there.
I think he told me that they do only sales, but there's another HP Store in Santiago (maybe los jardines) that does repairs.
I'll confirm tonight or tomorrow a.m. I've sent him a message.
We were talking about it yesterday and he mentioned honoring warranties.
If you go before I can confirm, ask for Mike. He speaks English.

There is a huge, certified HP service center/store in Acropolis, in Santo Domingo.

I was at the HP outlet in Santiago, Plaza International.............
they're retail sales only and could not tell me where an authorized warranty outlet was located.
Glad to hear there is one in the Capital.......
Contacted HP in the states and they have to authorize from there.............
