Default Has Anyone Signed Up Claro's Fiber Optic Plans?

Appears that Claro has some new Fiber Optic Plans, but only available in parts of the National District. Has anyone tried these services? I'm looking at the 10mb or 20mb plans with cable and phone also.

I have just found out that with the new "multiplan" phone + internet, I will get more minutes, and I will pay for the whole plan exactly the same amount I am paying now only for Internet, so the phone line and minutes will be actually free.

    Claro - Repblica Dominicana

I could double the net speed for just 600 more pesos (regular $1100) but my location does not support 6 megs.

I notice you can sign up for anywhere from 1 Mbps to 10 Mbps. If just surfing the net, email, and maybe a YouTube video here and there which download speed would be best?
