Does anyone know a dentist that does implants in sosua? I have used Dr. Angela...forget her last name for some good work and don't know if she does implants or any other dentist that does them...thanks!

A general dentist doing implants ? and in Sosua ? Sir I would highly recommend traveling to Santiago and seeking the services of a oral surgeon or periodontist. The cost won't be much more and the outcome will less likely be catastrophic.

I had my implants, among other things like root canals, extractions in Santiago with Dr. Oscar Morel, extremely pleased, highly recommend.

Highly recommanded in Santiago Dr. Juan Alonso Genao Frias, Tel.: 809 971 3616, cel.: 809 723 3616, Calle Roberto Pastoria # 1 Jardines Metropolitano; maxillofacial surgery and implants. He is Med. Dr aswell and specialised in Spain and the US.
Last year he did 3 implants on me and eachone cost 750 US$ plus 12000 pesos per crown.

My step daughter is an oral surgeon here in Puerto Plata. I had all my implants done full mouth for under 10,000.00 Dr Franco did the implants in santiago. if interested let me know

I would recommnd Dr. Genao Frias in Santiago, a renouned oral surgeon.
He is the former dean of the faculty of dentistry at PUCMM in Santiago

Hi I'm Italian, and in a few months come to DR in Cabarete, wanted to know if there are good reliable dental centers nearby, can't move much are disabled

although i would heartily agree with the suggestion to go to Santiago for serious dental work, Monica garcia does not do the implants herself but gets a specialist in to do them.
She charges around $700

I am returning to Santiago this week (from the US) to get my 4th dental implant from Dr. Alonso Genao Frias -(unfortunately for my teeth, I love sugar!!)-As mentioned below, Dr. Genao is the former dean of the school of dentistry at PUCMM in Santiago and does excellent work in his 4-year old clinic. I highly recommend him. Please search my earlier posts for more info.
