I'm looking for something for 20-30k pesos monthly near decent schools for kids with top end electricity and internet services, looking for a high rise type building with security etc, for a middle aged couple with 2 kids, they are originally from La Vega but he needs to move to Santiago for work, thanks guys, let me know if you know of any good neighborhoods/buildings that fit his criteria, he's an old family friend and I'd love to help him out.
