Ideas for a day out to the countryside

We want to go for a day out tomorrow with our three (small) children. Anyone a nice idea, I was thinking to go to Jarabacoa or Constanza or anyplace 'en el interior' as long as it's not beach.

I can recommend both. Hopefully cobraboy will see this as he lives in Jarabacoa and has been to Constanza a few times.

Both are beautiful areas and with the new road from Jarabacoa to El Rio can be visited in a busy day...
