Can someone give me a (very rough) estimate what a 1 or 2 BR apartment on the 2nd or higher floor, no luxury but reasonably good conditions in a reasonably safe and quiet area of POP might cost?
How is the real estate market in general?
Driving around it seems every 2nd house is for sale.
Alternatively we might be looking to rent.
