how much costs "hack" of cell phone SIMLOCK in DR?

I got SIM card from Europe and cell phone too. Cell phone won't work here because there is different frequency than in EU. How much do they charge here/shoukd charge for "hacking" dominican phone and releasing its SIMLOCK (from orange), so i could put my EU sim card in there ?

asked in 2 shops in Santiago today, seems that my basic alcatel from orange for 800 pesos is *uncrackable*.....I hope that in center in Santiago they will unlock it....
