dominican living in spain visiting family in uk

We have a cousin who we would like to invite for a holiday to UK who is dominican living and working in Spain on residency visa I am British and husband is British citizen.
I have seen the forms etc on the web site and looks similar to what we completed when we first met but wondered ....
Has anyone experience of applying for visitors visa to UK for dominican on residency visa living and working in spain for over 4 years please ?

Any tips ?

I usually do not answer questions on which I have no direct experience, however no one else has make any statements.

On what visa is your cousin working in Spain?

It is likely that residency in the European Union is good for the European Union.
Actually one of the objectives for the creation of the European Union.

So to be clear I am not offering a definitive answer, I suggesting a question the answer to which is likely to lead to a definitive answer.

I take it no one on DR1 can answer your question so best for your cousin to apply for the VV to the UK. Let us know how your cousin makes out.
