Best Places To Watch Sunset In The Sosua/Cabarete Area

From the terrace of the Hotel Piergiorgio in sosua is a nice spot for sunset cocktails (not to eat though)

At Hotel Peirgeorgio there was a time when they offered an entertaining cocktail preparation that was almost as entertaining as the sundown. It involved flaming containers of libation swung in circles and poured a distance into the glasses. Some how "Cowboy Bob" or "Buffalo Bill" seemed to be the name of the drink or the entertainer.

Waterfront has a nice view of the sundown and affordable food too. (At least it used to be that way - it's been a while since I was there.)

Parque Mirador behind Playa Alicia at the end of Calle Dr. Rosen in Sos?a. The park has its own parking lot and plenty of benches, overlooking Playa Alicia. You get a great view of the sun setting behind the mountains of Puerto Plata, especially Isabel de Torres.
