Time to wear your helmets starting next week on North coast I was told today.

They stopped enforcing this law during the election but we all knew it would end sooner or latter.

This thread was started to alert others not to weigh the pros of cons of wearing a helmet only the legal consequences so please don't post about why you should wear a helmet because everyone already knows the answer.

But this request will be ignored....why bother ?

Remember....
using an earphone or BlueTooth in the car still constitutes using a cell phone while driving in this jurisdiction.

Odd interpretation...... but enforceable , nonetheless

I am impressed , this thread lasted 13 posts before someone had to say " everybody should really wear a helmet " which I knew would happen but that comment is not necessary

I could care a less either way but i have been stopped twice and paid twice, $2k each time....I just wear the hat from Playero and take it off as soon I pass the toll booth standing in a green uiniform about 50 meters away.

Same thing as South of France, as you must wear your helmet inside of Monaco and you wear it on your arm once you're outside of city limits
