tried a lot of ferreterias in santiago, anyone have an idea where i can find a bbq thermometer? tried the large bellon and ochoa already.

If you do not use your wallet use a nidle (no to small) and eventually your brain.

If pork : Pick the meat and when no water when removing the nidle it'done.

If beef: Meat on the grill, count 1 mississippi, 2 mississippi , 3 until 20.
Same process on the other side.
