In another (now closed) thread, Rubio_Higuey mentioned the possibility of starting an EIRL for less than 10000 pesos. I need to start a company and had been seeing publications of EIRL's being founded for about 25,000 pesos. If it can be done for 10,000 that would be a lot better, even if I have to do everything myself.
Anyone who has done this (or started an SRL), and can give an idea how it is done, without placing everything in hands of a lawyer?
