tax season is coming again and I am married to a Dominican woman and whenever I call the IRS in the united States to find out how to claim her on my tax form no one knows how to claim her except that I apply for rescendcia for her there. Maybe someone here can tell me How to file as married and the IRS accept that when filing. Funny I keep paying taxes but the IRS cannot tell me how to do this correctly even aftetr hours and hours over the phone going from one department to another.

I believe the dominican wife needs to live in the US for 6 months and a day each years to qualify until she gets her citizenship.
