    It come from the old scottish saying "" fill your boots sonny" come to think of it that might be about sex, but no idea why they use that expression or what the boots would be filled with

    You may be right. I've never used it, nor really heard it in much conversation. It's used a lot in comments on facebook and similar contexts.
